Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Embellishments and Embroidery:

• Handle with Care: Be mindful of sharp objects that may snag or damage delicate embroidery. Fasten zippers before washing to prevent snags.
• Ironing: Iron embellished garments inside out at a low temperature. Place a cloth between the iron and the garment to protect delicate details.

Storage Tips:

• Cloth Bags Provided: For optimal storage, House of Mor provides breathable cloth bags, offering an extra layer of protection against mustiness while allowing fabrics to breathe. Avoid plastic bags for a more garment-friendly storage solution.
